- Own car required — rural location, 8 km from SETU Waterford (13-minute drive / 30-minute cycle). There is no bus service.
- Monday to Friday only — five nights per week during the academic year
- Security deposit: €600 per person for the academic year for two students share or €800 for one student takes the apartment alone
O'Connors Farm Stay is a comfortable converted garage apartment in the countryside, next to the owner-occupied family home. It has its own private garden and patio, plus free secure parking behind electric gates.
The accommodation:
- Upstairs: one double bed and one single bed, with a flat-screen TV
- Downstairs: fully equipped kitchen — microwave, oven, Ninja Air Fryer, fridge and washing machine
- Bathroom with electric shower
- Access to a shared gym with treadmill and weights bench
Included in the weekly rent: heating, Wi-Fi, bin disposal, and servicing every 2 weeks (fresh bed linen and towels, plus cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen).
A peaceful, secure countryside setting within easy reach of SETU Waterford. Non-smoking property.
