Student Accommodation Wanted

Single Bedroom needed for Academic Year
Hi all, I'm a second year student at SETU and looking for a single/double bedroom. I'm looking for a place about walking distance from the college and planning to stay for the entirety of the next Academic year (2024/25). My lease in my current accommodation is ending on the 25th of August so I'll have to move by mid-August. My budget is 500/monthly inclusive of bills. I also have a bike so I would need a place to store it. Would prefer to stay in a rented student accommodation with mostly females but wouldn't mind digs either.
