My name is Jewel Odunbaku. I’ve just been accepted to study at SETU Waterford this September and I’m urgently looking for a room near the campus (College Street or Cork Road). I’m friendly, respectful, and easy-going. I don’t mind sharing with other students or housemates and I’m happy to chip in with house tasks. I’m looking for full-time accommodation (not just weekdays), as I’ll be staying in Waterford on weekends too. My budget is up to €400 per month, and I can provide references if needed.
