Hi, I’m Alessia , I’m from Italy and I just got accepted into SETU ( Waterford campus) . I am looking for an accommodation for this academic year. I’m currently searching for a place to share (apartment or house to rent with others) and for one or more flatmates. My name is Jewel Odunbaku. I’ve just been accepted to study at SETU Waterford this September and I’m urgently looking for a room near the campus (College Street or Cork Road). I’m friendly, respectful, and easy-going. I don’t mind sharing with other students or housemates and I’m happy to chip in with house tasks. I’m looking for full-time accommodation (not just weekdays), as I’ll be staying in Waterford on weekends too. My budget is up to €400 per month, and I can provide references if needed.
