I am looking to rent a bedroom near SETU Waterford for my Master's studies. My budget is €400–€600 per month, and I hope to move in at the end of August.
Hi, my name is Kevin, and I am from China. I have been accepted to study for a Master's degree in Computer at SETU Waterford, starting in September 2026. I will arrive in Waterford on 31 August. I am looking to rent a bedroom near SETU. My budget is between €400 and €600 per month. I previously worked as a software engineer. I am a quiet, clean, non-smoking, and responsible person. I respect house rules and will take good care of the room and the property. If you have a room available that would be suitable for me, I would be very interested.
