Student Accommodation Wanted

Incoming SETU PhD researcher looking for accommodation – late Oct / Nov
Hi, I am an incoming mature funded PhD researcher at SETU Waterford, relocating in late October. I am looking for either a private studio/1-bedroom apartment or a quiet room in a shared house/apartment with postgraduate students or working professionals. I need full 7-day accommodation, including weekends. Preferred areas are around Cork Road, Lismore Park, Lisduggan, Poleberry, Johnstown, or Waterford city centre. Budget: approximately €500–€750/month for a good shared room, or up to around €1,100–€1,200/month for a suitable private unit. Ideally available from late October or around 1 November. Please contact me if you know of anything suitable. Walter
