Tenancy begins on a Sunday. Total payment for commencement of tenancy is 380euro (First weeks rent, one weeks rent in advanced for notice of leaving and 100euro security deposit - refunded pending no damages on leaving.) A grounds rule agreement form also to be signed.
Rent is paid weekly throughout academic year on a Sunday - Sept to May. (There is a one week rent break during Christmas holiday period)
